Our office is located in Flat No. 9 of the Neera Building, which is over in Punyai Nagar, Dhankawadi. Pune has grown a lot, but this area still feels a bit more grounded. Being in a flat means our workspace has a kitchen and a balcony, which is actually quite nice for taking a quick break from the screens. We have turned the main rooms into our work areas. There are wires running along the floors and desks tucked into every available corner. It’s a bit messy at times, especially when we have a lot of paperwork to go through or blueprints to spread out. The building is older, so the walls have some cracks and the plumbing can be temperamental. We just deal with it. It’s part of the charm of working in a place like this. The view from the balcony looks out over the neighborhood rooftops. We often see the local cats wandering around the building. Our team is small, so we don't need a massive corporate office. This flat gives us everything we need to keep things running. Most mornings start with unlocking the main gate and getting the computers fired up. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, but the fans keep the air moving well enough. We aren't here to impress anyone with a lobby or a receptionist. We just work hard and keep things moving. It’s a quiet, tucked-away spot where we focus.
