In Pune, we are located at A/105 in the "Akashdeep" building, which is part of the Paranjape Schemes in Dhayari. It’s just off Sinhgad Road, an area that has grown a lot in the last few years. Stp Ltd, Pune. has been in this spot for a while now. Pune has a different feel than Mumbai; it’s a bit more relaxed, although the traffic on Sinhgad Road might make you think otherwise. Our office is a straightforward space. We don’t have any high-tech gadgets or fancy lounge areas. It’s just desks, chairs, and the people who work here. We mostly speak a mix of Marathi and English around the office. It’s a friendly atmosphere, but we stay focused on the job. The building itself is well-known in the area, so we don't usually have to give people too many directions. We like being in Dhayari because it’s a bit away from the very center of the city, which makes it a little easier to breathe. Our workday starts early, and we try to get as much done as possible before the afternoon heat sets in. We’re just a local business with a small team. There’s no corporate ladder to climb here; we all just pitch in and make sure the work gets finished. It’s a honest way to earn a living, and we’re happy to be doing it here in Pune, keeping things moving along at our own steady pace.
