Sterlite Industries

Our place is in Pune, specifically in the 411041 zip code area. We’ve been at this location for a good while now. Sterlite Industries is just a bunch of regular people working together. The office is located in a spot that gets pretty congested during rush hour, so we’ve learned to time our arrivals and departures pretty carefully. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of coffee cups. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other days it’s completely quiet. We handle all sorts of things throughout the day. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe ourselves. We are just a local business trying to make things work in a busy city. If you come by, you’ll see we are pretty informal. We might be in the middle of a big project or just cleaning up the back room. There’s always something to do. We don't really follow a strict script for how things are supposed to be. We just figure it out as we go. It’s a bit of a scramble sometimes, but we always manage to get through the day. That’s just life in Pune for us.
