Sterling Lift

Sterling Lift is located over in Nana Peth at 206/1. We are right on 90 Feet Road, inside the Ganga Prestige Arcade. If you know Nana Peth, you know it’s a busy area with a lot of trade going on. Our place is mostly full of spare parts, cables, and control panels for elevators. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes with all the metal parts lying around. We spend most of our time out at different buildings across the city, fixing lifts that have stopped working or doing the regular maintenance. When we are actually in the shop at Ganga Prestige Arcade, we are usually cleaning tools or ordering new components. The 90 Feet Road is always noisy with bikes and trucks, so it’s never quiet here. We aren't salesmen; we are just mechanics who know how these machines work. A lift is a complicated thing, and when it breaks, people get frustrated, so we try to get things moving as fast as we can. It involves a lot of climbing stairs when the lift is actually broken, which keeps us in shape throughout the week. We’ve been doing this for years, and we know the quirks of the older elevators in the city. It’s greasy work, and our overalls are rarely clean, but that’s just the nature of the job. We keep our heads down and get the repairs done so people don't have to walk up ten floors.
