Sterling Infrastructure

Sterling Infrastructure is based in Karve Nagar, specifically at the Shiv Parvati Apartment in Chintamani Society. We’re near the Damle Hospital and Sahwas Society, which are pretty well-known landmarks in this part of Pune. Our work is mostly about infrastructure and civil projects. It isn’t the kind of job where you stay clean all day. Most of us are out on the roads or at sites more than we are in the office at Plot 23. The office itself is quite basic. It’s where we keep the site records and the payroll stuff. We aren't much for fancy slogans or big promises. We just look at the plans and try to get the steel and concrete where it needs to go. Sometimes the monsoon makes everything difficult, and we have to shuffle schedules around. It’s a bit of a headache, but you get used to it after a few years in this trade. The neighborhood here is quiet compared to the main city, which is nice when we finally get back from a long day. We have a small group of workers who have been with us for a long time. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay on top of the logistics. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we have to deal with broken machinery or late trucks, but we just handle it.
