Sterling Construction

We’ve been working out of Flat No 35 in the B Wing of Rahul Park for a good while now. It’s right there in Kothrud on Paud Road, and if you know the area, you know it’s usually pretty busy. Sterling Construction isn't some huge office with a fancy lobby. We just use this space at Lavji Nanji Chawl to handle the paperwork and meet people. Sometimes the stairs are a bit much, but it's home for the business. We spend most of our days dealing with site stuff and then coming back here to sort out the plans. It’s a local setup, nothing too grand. People stop by when they’re in the neighborhood, often looking for the Co Operative Society entrance. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years. We keep things simple here. There’s always a lot of noise from the road, but that’s just part of being in this part of town. We’ve got our desks shoved into the rooms and files everywhere because that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. It isn't always the tidiest place, but we get the work done. If you're looking for us, just find the B wing and head up. We’re usually around unless we’re out at a site somewhere nearby. It’s a practical way to run things without spending too much on a flashy storefront that we don't really need for the day to day stuff.
