Sterling & Wilson Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Sadashiv Appartment in Kasaba Peth. If you know Pune, you know Kasaba Peth is one of the oldest parts of the city. There’s a lot of character in these streets. Our office is tucked away in the apartment building. It’s not a huge space, but it’s enough for what we do. We have a few rooms filled with desks and cupboards for all our records. It feels very grounded being in this part of town. You can hear the sounds of the old city all around us. We’ve been here quite a while and have seen the neighborhood change, though much of it stays the same. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. You just come in and we’re right there working. It’s a very direct way of doing business. We have our routines, like starting the day with a quick cleanup and making sure the files are where they belong. The light in the afternoons is quite nice in the back room. We aren't interested in being a big corporate entity with shiny floors. We just want a reliable place to do our work and serve our purpose. It’s a bit of a maze to get here if you aren't familiar with the Peths, but we like it that way. It keeps things interesting for us and anyone coming to visit.
