Sterling & Wilson Pvt. Ltd.

We are based out of Flat No. 3 in Kedar Apartment. It’s located at S.No.26 in Hingne Khurd, just off Sinhgad Road in Pune. It’s a bit different working out of an apartment building, but it suits Sterling & Wilson Pvt. Ltd. just fine. It makes the whole place feel a bit more like home than a cold office block. We have a small kitchen area and a few rooms where we’ve set up our workstations. It’s usually pretty quiet around here, which is nice for getting work done without too many distractions. The neighborhood of Hingne Khurd is a good mix of families and small offices like ours. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards and the neighbors all know us. We aren't doing anything flashy. We just have our files, our computers, and our daily list of things to finish. Pune weather is usually nice, so we keep the windows open when we can. Sometimes you hear the traffic from Sinhgad Road, but it’s mostly just the sounds of the apartment building. It’s a practical way to run a business without all the overhead of a big commercial tower. We like the pace of life here. It’s steady and we know what to expect every day when we come in. We’ve got a little balcony too where we take our breaks and watch the world go by below us.
