We are located at 206/3 in R K Plaza, right in Viman Nagar. It’s a good location because it’s easy for people to find us when they are in this part of Pune. The office is mostly filled with samples of ceramics and tiles. It’s a bit of a dusty business, honestly, because no matter how much you clean, there’s always a bit of grit from the stone and clay. R K Plaza is a busy building with a lot of different shops and businesses, so there’s always people coming and going. We have a few desks and a large table where we spread out the designs to look at them under the lights. It’s not a huge operation, just a handful of us who know our way around ceramic products. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and checking the quality of the latest batches that come in. Lunch is usually a social affair where we just sit around and talk about things other than work for half an hour. Viman Nagar has grown so much since we first moved in here; it used to be much quieter. Now there are cafes and malls everywhere. We just stick to our corner in the plaza and keep doing what we’ve been doing for years. It’s a steady job and we like the people we work with. The showroom part is just a few shelves showing off the different glazes and finishes we have available.
