Steffian Bradley Architects

We are over in Pune at Sr.No.88/2+3B in the Vrundawan Colony. It’s a part of Kothrud that feels like a real neighborhood, not just a bunch of offices. Steffian Bradley Architects has been here for a while now. Our space is usually full of drawings and rolls of paper everywhere you look. It’s not the neatest place, but it’s where the actual work gets done. People think architects always have these pristine, white offices, but ours is a bit more lived-in. We have computers and desks scattered around and there is usually a lot of talking going on about different projects. We don't really have a big sales pitch. We just take on the work that comes our way and try to do a decent job of it. Kothrud is a busy part of town, so there is always something happening outside our windows. It's a good place to be based because everything we need is close by. We aren't trying to be the most famous firm in India, we just want to keep our heads down and stay busy. The tea guy comes by twice a day and that’s usually when we take a break. It’s a simple routine. We don't have a fancy website with a lot of big claims. This is just us, sitting in Pune, working on designs and making sure the measurements are right for every project.
