We've been working out of this space at Steellane Realty Llp for a while now. You can find us at S No 161/3B in Adarsh Colony, which is a pretty quiet part of Tingare Nagar. Most mornings start with someone opening up the shutters and getting the fans going because it gets warm early. It's not a fancy corporate setup by any means. We just have a few desks and some chairs for when people drop by to talk about property. The neighborhood has changed a lot lately, with more buildings going up every year. Sometimes we sit out front and watch the traffic go by on the main road. It’s mostly just us handling the paperwork and answering phone calls from people looking for houses or land around here. Being in this part of town means we see the same faces every day, which is nice. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just like having a steady place to work where we know the neighbors. The office isn't always perfectly organized, but we know where everything is. If you're looking for us, look for the sign near the colony entrance. Sometimes the chai wala comes by around four and that’s when we take a small break. It’s a simple routine that keeps us going without too much stress. We've stayed in this spot because it's convenient for everyone on the team to get to work.
