You’ll find us at Plot 110 on Shrawan Jadhav Path. It’s inside the Swami Vivekanand Co-Operative Industrial Estate off Handewadi Road. We’ve been here for a good stretch of time. The industrial estate is a mix of all sorts of businesses, and we fit right in with our control systems work. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't familiar with the side streets, but once you’re here, you’ll see we stay pretty busy. We have a mix of office space and a floor where the actual assembly happens. It’s often a bit noisy with people talking and tools clinking. We focus on mechanical and control units, which means lots of small parts and technical drawings lying around. My desk is usually covered in notes and old coffee mugs. We aren't a massive corporation with a lobby and a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just says hello. We have a small team, and everyone knows what they’re supposed to be doing. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up an order, but that’s just part of the job. Handewadi Road has changed quite a bit since we first moved in, more shops and more people everywhere. We just keep our heads down and focus on the controls we’re building, making sure the work is solid before it heads out the door.
