Working in fire safety means we have to be practical, and that’s how we run things at Star Fire Pvt. Ltd. Our office is actually in a flat, Yash A-5, over in Saritanagari in Pune. It’s a quiet residential area, which is a nice change from the busy parts of the city. We have a lot of equipment like extinguishers and sensors tucked into the corners of the rooms. Most of our work happens out at client sites, so the flat is mainly for coordinating the teams and doing the billing. Pune has grown so much lately, and we find ourselves traveling all over Maharashtra to check on fire systems. We aren't the type to wear suits or use big words. We just show up in our work clothes, check the pressure gauges, and make sure everything is where it should be. Being based in Saritanagari means we’re part of a community, and we like that feeling. Sometimes it’s hard to find the right flat if you’re visiting for the first time, but we just tell people to look for the sign near the entrance. We’ve been doing this for a while, and we’ve seen all sorts of buildings and setups. We don't have a polished sales pitch. We just tell you what's working and what needs to be fixed so things stay safe for everyone. It’s just how we operate every single day.
