We spend our time working on air filters of all kinds. It’s a lot of assembly and checking materials. The shop isn't particularly fancy; it’s mostly just shelves full of filter components and a few tables where we put everything together. We aren't big on corporate meetings or fancy presentations. We usually just talk over a cup of tea about what needs to be finished by the end of the day. The building is a bit older, and the windows might rattle a bit when the wind kicks up, but it serves us well. Most of us live nearby, so it’s a short commute, which is a nice bonus. We’ve been making filters here for a while now, and we’ve learned a lot about what works and what doesn't. It’s a simple business, really. You take the right materials, put them together correctly, and you have a filter that does its job. We don’t try to overcomplicate things.
