Standard Machine Tools

We've been here in the Bhosari Industrial Estate for quite a while now. If you know the area, we are right across from Indoswe Engg and pretty close to Philips India Ltd. It's a busy part of town. Our building is at 41552. Most days it’s just the sound of the machines running and the guys getting through the orders. It gets dusty, and the tea break is usually the highlight of the afternoon. We don't have a fancy front office or anything like that. People just walk in through the main door. The tools we handle are heavy, and the floor is always a bit oily, which is just how a machine shop is. Sometimes the traffic outside near the Philips plant gets backed up, making it hard to get deliveries in on time, but we manage. We’ve seen a lot of businesses come and go around here. Standard Machine Tools is just a place where we show up, do the work, and go home. There isn't much to say about us other than we keep things moving. We use the space we have. The lights are a bit dim in the back, but we know where everything is. It’s a straightforward setup. No one wears a suit here. We just focus on the metal and the measurements. It's what we know and what we've always done. The walls are stained but they hold up the roof just fine.
