Our spot is in the Sharad Bldg, specifically B-204, which is part of the Vasant Utsav project by Roahan Real Estate. Being in Hinjewadi means we are right in the middle of all the IT activity, which makes sense for an HR business like ours. It can be a bit of a crawl getting through traffic to reach the office during peak hours. The building itself is decent and we have enough room for the few of us who work here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at screens. Since we deal with the IT industry, things move pretty fast. We aren't a massive agency with hundreds of recruiters. It’s a small team at Stalwart Hr Solution (It Industry). We have a small pantry where we make coffee, and that's where most of our planning happens. The office has big windows, so we get some good light, which helps when the days get long. We don’t do a lot of fancy advertising. Most of our work comes from people who already know us or found us through word of mouth in the IT parks nearby. It’s a lot of sorting through resumes and talking to candidates. Sometimes it’s tiring but it’s what we do. We try to keep things relaxed in the office. No suits or ties unless there’s a big meeting. The canteen in the basement isn't half bad if you're hungry around noon. We usually go there when we are too busy to go far.
