Ssn Homes Real Estates Private Limited

We run Ssn Homes out of a flat in Utsav Homes, specifically room A902. It’s located in Patilnagar, in the Bavdhan Bk area of Pune. It’s a bit different working from a residential building, but it keeps us close to the kind of homes we actually deal with. We focus on real estate around this part of Pune. Most of our days are spent taking calls and going out to meet people at different sites. We aren't a big agency with a flashy office in a mall. We’re just a small team working from a regular apartment. It makes the whole process feel a bit more personal, we think. Bavdhan is a growing area, so there’s always something happening with new projects or people moving into the neighborhood. We try to keep things grounded and realistic. There’s no point in overcomplicating things when someone just wants a decent roof over their head. We’ve lived and worked in Pune for years, so we know the shortcuts and the local problems. Sometimes the paperwork gets tedious, and the phone doesn't stop ringing, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just the one that gives you a straight answer when you ask a question. It’s a quiet way to do business, and it suits us just fine. I guess it isn't for everyone, but it works for us.
