Sprit Consys Pvt Ltd operates out of Shed No. 3 in the Ingale Industrial Estate. We are located in the Ingale Colony, right near Survey No. 31/1 on NDA Road in Shivane, Pune. Working in a shed means you are very close to the elements. When it rains on the metal roof, it’s so loud you can’t hear yourself think, but there is something nice about it too. The Shivane area is quite industrial and busy, especially with the traffic coming off NDA Road. Our shed is just a big open space where we handle all our technical work. It’s not a place for fancy clothes; you’re likely to get a bit of dust or oil on you if you aren't careful. We have our desks set up in one corner, but the rest of the space is dedicated to the projects we are building. The guys here are pretty down-to-earth. We talk about the local cricket scores or the traffic on the way in while we work. We don't have a big HR department or corporate policies that get in the way of the work. It’s just about getting the job done in Shed No. 3. Sometimes we have to deal with the heat or the occasional power cut, but we just roll with it. It’s a simple, hardworking life here in Pune, and we just keep plugging away at it.
