Windsor Estate is a nice place to work out of in Wadgaon Sheri. Our office is actually in a flat, Fl No. A 1/22 at S No. 17 26. Being in a residential complex gives the business a different feel. It is much more relaxed than a high-rise office building in the middle of the city. We have set up Springboard Realty Llp here in Pune to handle all sorts of local property matters. The living room area of the flat is where we have our main desks and a few chairs for when people stop by to discuss a sale or a lease. We spend a lot of time looking out at the gardens of the estate while we are on the phone. Wadgaon Sheri has grown so much lately, so we are always busy trying to keep track of what is available. The kitchen area is mostly used for making coffee and storing our lunch boxes. It is a very normal, everyday kind of setup. We don't have any corporate branding on the walls, just some calendars and a few folders piled up. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Most of our actual work happens outside the office anyway, visiting sites and talking to owners, so this place is really just our home base. It is comfortable and it lets us focus on the actual property work without too many distractions.
