We are located in the Aditya Shagun Mall over in Bavdhan. Our units are 52 and 53. It’s a bit different being in a mall instead of a regular office block, but it’s convenient. We have shops and food places right there if we need anything. Bavdhan is a nice area, growing quite fast lately. The mall isn't one of those giant ones, it’s more of a local spot. Inside Spitzen Energy Solutions India Pvt Ltd, it looks like a normal workplace. We have our computers, some technical equipment for the energy work, and a small area where we sit and have lunch. It’s usually pretty quiet in the mornings before the shops open up. We chose this spot because it’s easy for the staff to get to. The office itself is bright, which is nice. We don't go in for fancy decor or anything like that. We just have our desks and some shelves for our manuals and tools. Sometimes customers get confused and think we are a retail shop because of the mall location, but we just explain we are an office. It’s a good place to be based. We’ve been here for a bit now and it feels like home. We just focus on our energy projects and try to stay organized in our two units. Parking can be a bit of a hassle on the weekends when the mall gets busy, but during the week, it’s not too bad at all.
