Spiral Tools Pvt Ltd is located on the ground floor of the Swastik House building, 39-D in Gultekdi. We are right near the old Apsara Talkies, which is a landmark everyone around here knows. Being opposite Shankar Sheth Road means there is a lot of traffic and noise outside our doors, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. The shop floor is on the ground level, which makes it easy for loading and unloading the heavy tool sets we handle. The building itself is an older structure, but it’s sturdy and keeps the rain out. Inside, it’s filled with rows of shelving and heavy workbenches. We don’t have fancy carpets or expensive furniture in the office area. It’s mostly just metal desks and filing cabinets that have been here since we started. The lighting is a bit dim in the back corners, but we know our way around every inch of the place. Our staff usually wears work clothes because the job can get a bit messy. There’s always someone coming in to ask about a specific tool or to pick up an order they placed last week. We keep a pot of tea going most of the afternoon. It’s a simple operation without any corporate layers. We just show up, handle the inventory, and make sure the customers get what they came for. Gultekdi is a busy hub, and we are just one small part of the daily commerce happening along the road. It keeps us on our toes every single day.
