Spica Narrow Fabric Llp

Our place is in Pune, right in the heart of the Hadapsar Industrial Estate at plot 22/5. It is a busy area with lots of trucks and noise, but it works for what we do at Spica Narrow Fabric. We make things like tapes, ribbons, and other narrow textiles. The machines here make a lot of noise, but you get used to it after a few days. We have a mix of old and new equipment, and there is always someone fixing a thread or adjusting a setting. Pune has a lot of industry, so being in Hadapsar makes it easy for us to find parts or get help when something breaks down. We aren't a massive operation, just a local unit where people from the nearby areas come to work every day. The office part of the building is small and usually has boxes piled up in the corners. We don't do much marketing or anything like that; word of mouth usually brings people to us. Some days are stressful when the deadlines are tight, but mostly we just keep a steady pace. It’s a practical environment. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just want to make sure the rolls of fabric are packed correctly and sent out to whoever ordered them. It is honest work and we have been doing it this way for a while now in this part of Pune.
