We are over in Old Sangvi, specifically in Abasaheb Pawar Nagar. Our spot is behind the Varad Building on Ganpati Mandir Road, care of Dashrath Salvi. It’s a bit of a maze to find us if you aren't from around here, but once you see the temple road, you're close. Sphinx Software Technology Solutions isn't a massive IT park office. It’s a much more grounded setup. We handle software stuff, but we do it from a simple room with a few good computers. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don't wear suits or have formal meetings every hour. Usually, someone is just focused on a screen while someone else is figuring out a bug or talking to a client on the phone. The area is mostly residential, so you hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day long. Sometimes kids are playing outside or people are heading to the Ganpati Mandir nearby. It keeps us feeling connected to the real world instead of being stuck in a glass bubble. The office has plenty of stacks of paper and empty tea cups by the end of the day. We don't have a big HR department or a cafeteria. We just eat at our desks or go to a local place nearby. It's a small team and we like it that way because we can actually talk to each other without sending ten emails.
