We are located in the MIDC Bhosari area, specifically at W-247 in the J Block. If you’ve ever been through this part of Pune, you know it’s a lot of metal sheds and industrial units lined up one after another. Sperren Solutions India Pvt.Ltd. fits right into that landscape. We don't have a big sign with lights or anything. Most people find us just by looking at the unit numbers on the gates. Inside, it’s mostly workspace. We have a small section for the office staff, but most of the action happens on the floor where the real work gets done. It can get quite loud during the day with all the nearby factories running their machinery, but we don't mind it much anymore. We usually start the day early before the sun gets too high because the roof can make the building a bit warm by midday. There’s a small lunchroom where we sit and eat together, usually talking about the cricket scores or whatever is happening in the news. We aren't the kind of company that puts out glossy brochures. We just write down what needs to be done on a whiteboard and get to it. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, which is common in this zone, so we just take a break and wait for the generator to kick in. It’s just a normal workplace with people trying to do a good job.
