Spectral Services Consultants Pvt.Ltd. is based out of the Krutika Co-Op Housing Society in Kothrud, Pune. Specifically, we’re in Building 1A on the first floor. It’s right near Mantri Park, which is a nice landmark to have. Being in a residential society makes the vibe a lot different than a typical office park. It’s quieter, and you see the same neighbors every day. We do consulting work from here. Our space is pretty lived-in. We have files stacked up and maps on the walls. It’s a practical setup for the kind of stuff we handle. Most of the people working here live nearby in Pune, so we don't have to deal with the worst of the traffic every single day. We started this because there was a need for local experts who didn't charge crazy corporate prices. We don't have a big front desk or a receptionist in a suit. If you knock on the door, one of us will just get up and open it. We talk to clients, look over plans, and try to give decent advice. Sometimes we stay late when a project is tricky, but usually, we head home when the sun goes down. It’s a humble operation, really. We just like being part of the Kothrud community and doing our job without too much fuss. We’ve been in this building for a bit and it feels like home.
