We are located right on Nagar Road, across from Bodiwala College. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you’re driving along the main road. We specialize in tools, the kind of things that workers and workshops actually need to get a job done. The shop floor is usually covered in catalogs and some display pieces. It’s a bit of a gritty environment, but that’s because we’re dealing with hardware and industrial gear. We aren't interested in being a fancy retail outlet. We just supply the stuff. I spend my mornings checking the orders and making sure we have enough stock on the shelves. Sometimes the college students wander in by mistake thinking we sell stationery, which is always funny. The traffic on Nagar Road can be a nightmare during rush hour, so we try to get our deliveries out early. It’s a small group of us working here. We know our regulars by their first names and usually know what they need before they even ask. We don’t use any complicated systems, just old-fashioned notebooks and a simple computer for the bills. The building itself is older, but it’s sturdy and has plenty of space for the heavy items. We like being near the college because the area is always lively. It’s just a normal tool shop doing its best to keep the local workshops running with the right equipment for their daily jobs.
