We are Spear Logistics Pvt.Ltd, and we operate out of Koregaon-Bhama in the Tal-Shirur area of Pune. Our place is right across from the Oriental Rubber Factory, which is how most people find us. It’s also near the Agility Logistics setup. Being in this part of Pune district means we are constantly dealing with the local traffic and the busy industrial atmosphere. It is not a very fancy office, just a practical place where we keep things moving. We have been here for a while, and the staff is mostly local folks who know the roads around Shirur really well. We don’t have any big marketing speeches or a mission statement on the wall. We just show up every morning and get to work on whatever needs doing. Some days are busier than others, especially when the factory across the road has a lot going on. We handle the paperwork and the coordination from our small desk space. It’s a bit cramped sometimes, but we make it work. We are just a regular business doing our part in the logistics world. We don’t try to sound corporate or polished because that is just not who we are. We know the Koregaon-Bhama area inside and out by now. It is a straightforward operation, and we like it that way. Just a group of people working hard every day to keep things on track for everyone involved.
