We are located in Pune, specifically in the Wadgoan Sheeri area. Our office is on Road Number 3 in Mate Nagar. The address is care of Dulichand Patle. It’s a typical Pune neighborhood, a bit of a mix of residential houses and small businesses. We’ve been operating from this spot for some time now. Spear Logistics is the name on the door, but it feels more like a local workshop inside. We have desks for the planning and some space for managing the local movement of goods. Road Number 3 isn't too wide, so when the bigger vehicles come through, it can get a bit tight. We're used to the rhythm of Mate Nagar by now. It’s a decent place to be based. We don’t have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably see us buried in logs or talking to the crew. The building is simple and doesn't stand out much from the others on the street. We focus on the daily tasks of moving items around the city and beyond. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking schedules. The weather in Pune is usually okay, but the monsoon makes the road outside a bit messy. We just keep the office clean and keep the logistics side of things moving along. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of setup here in Wadgoan Sheeri. We just work with what we have and keep the schedules on track.
