Our office for Spear Logistics Pvt Ltd is over in Hadapsar, Pune. We are specifically in Suryalok Nagri, inside Building No. C-3. If you are coming this way, look for Yash Autos; we are right behind them. Flat No. 16 A is where we set up our desks. It’s part of the DSK Construction area in Vaiduwadi. It’s a bit of a residential vibe, which makes the workday feel a little more relaxed. We have a view of the parking lot and the back of the auto shop. You can hear the mechanics working sometimes. Inside the flat, we’ve mostly got computer setups and some filing cabinets. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Hadapsar is always growing, so there is always construction noise or new people moving into the Nagri. We focus on our logistics tasks, mostly just tracking shipments and talking to vendors. It’s a lot of screen time. We don't have a big reception or anything like that. You just knock on the door of 16 A and one of us will let you in. The kitchen area is where we keep the kettle for constant cups of tea. It’s a plain, honest workspace. We’ve been here in Building C-3 for a bit, and the neighborhood feels like home now. Just a local Pune business doing its thing day in and day out.
