You can find us at Sr No 634/7B in Ganpath Nagar. We’re located in the Papal Vsaht area of Bibavewad, Pune. Spear Logistics Pvt Ltd is the name, but we’re mostly just a group of folks who know how to move things around. Bibavewad is a busy part of Pune, and being in an area like Ganpath Nagar makes sense for a logistics company. There’s always movement here. Our office isn't anything you’d see in a magazine. It’s just a practical space where we keep our records and coordinate our transport. We deal with a lot of different schedules and it can get pretty hectic when several things are happening at once. We don't use a lot of corporate talk here. We just say what we mean. If a truck is going to be late, we tell you. If there’s a problem with the storage, we fix it. It’s a hands-on kind of job and we like it that way. Most of us have lived in Pune for years, so we know how to handle the local challenges like the traffic and the narrow roads. The building is a bit older, but it serves us well for what we need to do. We don't have a big marketing budget because we’d rather just spend our time making sure the work is done right. It’s about being reliable and just getting through the daily list of tasks without making a big fuss about the process.
