You’ll find Spear Logistics over by the Hadapsar Railway Station in Pune. We are at Sr.No.62 on Koregaon Park Road in the Mundhawa area. It’s a very practical location for us because the railway is right there, and we are constantly dealing with goods coming and going. The office is right in the middle of all the action. It’s not a quiet place to work. You can always hear the trains or the sound of forklifts nearby. We are a pretty straightforward team. We don't spend our time in fancy boardrooms. Most of us are either on the warehouse floor or at our desks trying to figure out the best way to store a new shipment. It’s a lot of physical work and a lot of planning. We have a lot of space, but it fills up fast. We don't use big words or marketing speak here. We just talk about pallets, square footage, and delivery dates. Sometimes we have a long day when a big shipment arrives late, and we all have to stay to get it sorted. That’s just part of the job. Mundhawa is a hardworking part of Pune, and we fit right in. We just take things as they come and try to keep everything organized. It’s not always perfect, but we put in the effort every day. No frills, just the job that needs to be done.
