Spear Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is based up on the 10th floor of the Cosmos Building in Magarpatta City. Our specific spot is Flat No. 1002 M. Hadapsar is a pretty active part of Pune, and being in Magarpatta means there are always people around. From the tenth floor, you can see a bit of the city, but we are usually too busy to look out the window. We handle the logistics and warehousing side of things. It’s a lot of tracking inventory and making sure the supply chain doesn't break down. Pune has grown so much lately, and the traffic in Hadapsar can be a real nightmare during rush hour. We just try to get in early and start on the day's list. Our office is practical and filled with files and computers. We don't have any of those modern office perks like bean bags or game rooms. It’s just a place where we do our jobs. Sometimes the phones don’t stop ringing, and other times it’s quiet enough to actually get through the paperwork. We deal with various clients and their specific needs, which keeps us on our toes. It’s not always easy, but we’ve got a rhythm down now.
