Spear Logistics Pvt Ltd is based in Pune, over in the Triveni Nager neighborhood. Our office is at Siva Kripa Colony, which is right by the PCMC water tank. That water tank is a huge landmark, so we usually just tell people to look for it if they are coming to see us. We are care of Jayamala V Malasikare at this location. It’s a pretty quiet residential colony, so it doesn't really feel like you are at a big logistics company when you first walk in. We have a couple of rooms set up with desks and some shelving for all the files we have to keep. Our day usually starts early, checking on the shipments that went out overnight and seeing what needs to be moved during the day. We do a lot of coordination for warehouses and distribution. It is not the kind of job that gets a lot of attention, but it keeps us busy from morning until night. We have a small area where we keep some samples and supplies, and there is usually a pot of tea on the stove in the back. We don't have any corporate slogans on the walls. We just have a calendar with a lot of scribbles on it and a list of phone numbers for all the drivers we work with. It is a practical, no-nonsense environment where we just focus on getting the daily tasks done.
