Our setup is located in Vadgaonshei, Pune, specifically in the Sunita Nagar area. We are based in a house called Saikripa, which is part of the Sahyog Housing Society. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, not your typical office building, which gives it a more local feel. We handle logistics and storage stuff from here. Most of the work involves keeping track of inventory and making sure the transport is lined up. It gets pretty hectic in the afternoons when the pickups are scheduled. We don't have a big corporate lobby with a receptionist; it’s more about people sitting around desks with their sleeves rolled up. Vadgaonshei has become quite crowded lately, so navigating the narrow lanes with larger vehicles can be tricky, but we’ve gotten used to it. We just focus on the tasks at hand and don't worry much about looking fancy. If a shipment is delayed, we spend the time to find out why and let people know. It’s a straightforward way of working. The staff lives mostly nearby, so there’s a good sense of community in the office. We drink a lot of tea and keep the logs updated. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it’s important. We’ve been in this Sahyog society location for a good while now and we know the neighbors well. It’s just how we run things, keeping it simple and practical every day.
