Spear Logistics Pvt Ltd Pune is where we are at. S V Walimbe is the one who oversees things. Our location is 36, Kadolkar Colony, in Talegoan Dhabhade. This is a bit outside the main Pune city area. It is quieter out here, which is nice. We have a fair amount of space for the logistics work. S V Walimbe is usually busy checking the schedules and talking to the crew. We don't have any shiny office furniture. It is all very practical and used. There are trucks coming in and out at all hours. Sometimes the yard gets muddy when it rains. We don't have a big corporate handbook. We just know what needs to be done each morning. Moving things around and keeping track of inventory is what the day looks like. It’s a lot of physical work and sometimes your back hurts by the end of it. Talegoan Dhabhade is a good spot for us because of the transport links. We have been in Kadolkar Colony for some time. The people around here know us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do the logistics work for our clients and keep the wheels turning. It’s not always organized, and things get misplaced sometimes, but we always find them eventually. It is just a normal logistics office with normal people working hard.
