Sparsh Bpo

Our office is in Pune, Maharashtra, specifically in the 411 027 area. Sparsh Bpo has been operating from here for a while. It’s a typical call center environment, but without all the fake smiles you see in movies. We have rows of desks and people on headsets most of the day. Pune is a great city, though the traffic can be a real headache in the mornings. We mostly handle customer calls and data for other companies. It’s steady work, though it can get a bit repetitive sometimes. We have a break room where people hang out and complain about the commute or talk about what they’re doing over the weekend. The building is okay, nothing too fancy, just functional. We have a lot of young people working here, and it keeps the energy up. It’s not the kind of place with a mission statement on the wall. We just focus on answering the phones and keeping the records straight. Some shifts are late, so the office is often busy at odd hours. We don’t really do big marketing pushes. People know who we are in the industry, and that’s enough. It’s just a regular job for most of us, and we try to do it well enough that nobody complains. We are just an ordinary team doing our best to keep things moving along.
