Our shop is located at S. No. 704/1 in Shanti Nagar, over in Bhosari. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of manufacturing going on. We specialize in tools of all kinds. The building is an older one, and we’ve had to fix the front door a few times because it tends to stick in the humidity. Inside, there’s not much in the way of decoration. We just have rows of shelves filled with everything from small drill bits to larger power tools. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, especially when a big shipment comes in and we haven’t had time to put it all away properly. We’ve been here for several years, and we know most of the guys who work in the nearby shops. Shanti Nagar has a good community feel to it. We don't really do any fancy advertising. We just put a sign out front and hope for the best. Most of our customers are locals who need something specific for a job they’re working on. We try to be helpful when someone isn't sure which tool they need for a particular task. We aren't experts in everything, but we know our inventory well enough to find what you're looking for. Sometimes we stay open a little late if someone calls ahead and says they're stuck. It’s just how we do things here. It's a small operation, but it keeps us on our feet and we like the work.
