Space Developers

Our office is at number 12 in the Swaroop Complex on Karve Road. If you’ve been around here lately, you know the traffic is something else with all the construction going on. We are right in the thick of it. The office itself is pretty functional. We have a couple of desks, a big table for maps and layouts, and a cupboard full of old files. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the paperwork that comes with developing land and buildings. It’s not just about the construction; it’s the endless follow-ups with the local authorities and making sure the permits are in order. Sometimes we’re stuck in the office all day, and other times we are out at a site in the sun, making sure the workers are following the plan. It’s a lot of coordination. We aren't a massive firm, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. One day I might be talking to a lawyer about a deed, and the next I’m checking if the cement delivery arrived on time. It gets pretty loud in the complex, but it’s a good central spot to meet people. We’ve had this space for a while now and the tea stall nearby knows exactly how we like our morning ginger tea. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to get things built without too much drama. Some days are smoother than others, but we just keep moving forward with the next project on the list.
