Sp Jv & Company

Our office is located in Shivganga Chembers, right over in Budhwar Peth on Salapose Road. We are in units 201 and 202, just next to Prabhat Talkies at Appa Balwant Chowk, which is a landmark most people in the city know. Sp Jv & Company has been operating out of here for quite some time. It is a bit of a crowded area with a lot of movement, but we like the energy of the chowk. We aren't a big corporation with shiny lobbies. Our space is functional and filled with papers and the usual office clutter. We work through the day, handling the various bits of business that come our way. Sometimes the noise from the street gets loud, especially when there is a crowd at the theater next door. We’ve gotten used to it though. People drop in because they know where we are. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, you'll just find one of us at a desk working. We try to keep things organized, even if it doesn't always look that way to an outsider. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do here. We focus on getting things sorted for the people who rely on us. There isn't any hidden agenda or fancy talk involved. We are just a group of people working in a busy part of town, trying to do right by those who walk through our doors every day. It feels like home to us, honestly.
