We are based out in the Ranjangoan Industrial M.I.D.C. area, specifically at Plot A-6/5 in Taluka-Shirur. Being out here means we are surrounded by a lot of other factories and warehouses. It’s a long drive from the main city, but this is where the industry is. We mostly deal with latches, hinges, and those types of fasteners that hold things together. If you’ve ever opened a cabinet or a door on a machine, you’ve probably used something like what we have here. The facility is fairly large because we need the space for all the inventory. It’s not a quiet place; there is always the sound of forklifts or people checking boxes. Our team is a mix of locals from Shirur and some folks who commute from further away. We don't have a lot of decorative stuff on the walls. It’s mostly just charts and schedules. Working in an industrial zone like Ranjangoan means you get used to the dust and the heavy trucks going past the gate all day. We just focus on getting the right parts to the right people. It's a lot of counting and checking sizes. Sometimes the heat in the afternoon is quite something, but we just get on with it. We’ve been here long enough that we know the neighbors and the local tea stall. It is a very practical way to spend the work week.
