We are out here on Darwha Road in Yavatmal, specifically in the Shrikrushana Nagar Federation Colony. It’s an industrial area, so it’s pretty rugged around here. We deal with manufacturing and various industrial supplies. The shop floor is usually loud and there’s always something being moved around. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a nice shirt. We’re usually covered in a bit of grease or dust by the end of the shift. We started small and stayed that way for a reason. It’s easier to manage things when you know every person working for you. We don't have a big HR department or fancy brochures. If someone needs something made or fixed, they just come down and talk to us. We’ve got our machines set up and we keep them running as much as we can. Yavatmal is a quiet town compared to the big cities, but work here is steady. We like the location because it’s easy for the trucks to get in and out. Sometimes we stay late when a big order comes in, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. It’s a practical business run by people who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty. We’ve been in this colony for years and we know all the other shop owners around us. It’s a good community of working people. We plan on staying right here for a long time yet and just doing the work we know how to do.
