We are over at the Shubh Labh Apartments in Tapodham. Even though the name mentions New Delhi, our daily work happens right here in Talegaon Dabhade. Being in the Pune district gives us plenty to do. The office is tucked away in the residential part of town. We handle the planning and the paperwork for our construction projects from here. It is a small team. We often have blueprints spread out across the tables. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with all the files and samples of materials lying around. We spend a lot of time traveling between the office and the building sites. Talegaon is growing fast, so there is always a new project starting somewhere nearby. We try to keep things simple and avoid the big city corporate feel. People around the apartment complex know us. We are just regular people trying to do a good job with the buildings we manage. Some days are long, especially when we have to coordinate with folks back in Delhi or other branches. But we like the local vibe of Tapodham. It is a good place to be based. We focus on the practical side of building homes and making sure the foundations are right. It is more about the bricks and mortar than anything else. We stay busy through most of the week and keep the projects moving.
