Sonigara Constructors

Sonigara Constructors is based out of Flat 201/H1 in the Sonigara Township. This is located in the Keshav Nagar area of Chinchwad, Pune. Since we are actually located inside the township we built, we see the results of our work every time we look out the window. The office is just a regular apartment flat that we’ve converted. It’s got a kitchen where we make tea and a living room area where we have our desks. Working from a flat means it’s quiet enough to get things done, but you still hear the families living nearby. Chinchwad is a busy industrial and residential hub, so there’s always something happening. We spend our days looking at floor plans and talking to contractors on the phone. The balcony has a few plants, but they’re mostly covered in construction dust from other nearby projects. We don't have a big sign outside, just the door number. It’s a practical setup for a construction firm. We don’t need a fancy showroom when people can just walk around the township to see what we do. The hallway is usually stacked with some extra tiles or samples of paint. It’s a bit cramped when the whole team is in for a meeting, but we make it work. It’s just a normal day-to-day routine of managing building projects from a home-base in Pune. We keep it simple and focus on the day's tasks until the sun goes down.
