Shri Dutta Fabric Cutter

Shri Dutta Fabric Cutter is located on Sonapur Road, right near Majri Farm. We are also quite close to the PMT Depot, which means there are always buses going by and plenty of people moving around this part of town. Our daily routine is pretty much the same every morning. We come in, check the orders, and start the cutting machines. We work with all types of fabric, taking large rolls and turning them into the specific pieces our customers need for their own sewing or manufacturing. The noise of the blades is something we hear all day long. It isn’t a corporate office with suits; it’s a working floor with big tables and fabric scraps everywhere. We have been in this spot for a good while now and we like the area. The nearby farm gives it a bit of a different feel compared to the crowded city center. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks to get business. People just know we are here and that we do a decent job with the cutting. Sometimes when a big order comes in, the whole place is filled with stacks of cloth from floor to ceiling. We just work through the pile until it's done. It’s hard on the back sometimes, leaning over those long tables, but we are used to it. We keep the machines running well and focus on making sure the cuts are straight and the measurements are right for everyone.
