Our office is located in Natoli, which is a small place in the Shirala taluka of Sangli district. You’ll find us under the name of Sampat B. Patil. It’s a very local setup, and we aren't located in one of those big industrial parks you see in the cities. We like being out here in Natoli. It’s a bit more relaxed, though the work for Sona Alloys Pvt Ltd. is still quite demanding. Managing things from a place like this means we have to be very organized with our logistics. We deal with alloys every day, which isn't the cleanest or easiest job, but it’s what we know. The office is small and usually filled with the sound of people talking over each other to get things done. We don't have a receptionist or any of that. If you walk in, you’ll probably just see one of us at a desk covered in files. We’ve been in this part of Sangli for years and know most of the people around. It’s a tight-knit community here. Sometimes the transport trucks have a hard time finding the exact turn-off, but we usually go out and guide them in. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just rely on the work we do and the people we know. It’s a humble way to run a business, but it keeps us going and provides for our families.
