Somany Ceramics Ltd.

We are over here in Manish Darshan, right in Fatima Nagar. It is a pretty busy spot in Pune. Mostly we spend our time dealing with ceramics and tiles. The office isn't anything fancy, just a regular place where we get our work done every day. We have been at this address, D-503, for a while now. Some days it is quiet and other days the phone just doesn't stop ringing. People come by looking for different types of flooring for their houses or offices. We show them what we have in the catalogs and talk about what might work. It is a lot of looking at patterns and colors. Sometimes the traffic outside on the main road gets a bit loud but you get used to it after a few weeks. We just keep things moving, making sure the orders are noted down correctly. The staff here knows the area well, so if someone gets lost trying to find us near the Fatima Nagar area, we can usually guide them in over the phone. We try to keep the desk organized but with all the samples and papers, it usually ends up looking a bit messy by lunchtime. Then we tidy up and start again. It’s a simple routine and we just stick to it. We don't really do big speeches about what we do, we just show up and handle the tile business as it comes.
