Solsons Group

Solsons Group is located at 604/D-1 in the Tejowalay building. We are right near the Cipla Foundation in the Warje area of Pune. It is a decent spot to be in, and being in Pune-52 puts us in a part of the city that is growing but still feels manageable. The office is inside a regular residential and commercial complex. We have a few rooms where we set up our workstations. It isn't a huge space, but it’s enough for the team we have. The windows look out onto the local streets, and you can see the daily life of Warje happening below. We usually start the day with some tea and a quick chat about what needs to happen. There are no big motivational posters or fancy carpets here. It’s just linoleum floors and sturdy wooden desks. We prefer it that way because it keeps things simple. The commute can be a bit of a pain with the Pune traffic, but once we are inside, it’s a focused environment. We deal with our tasks one at a time. Sometimes the building gets a bit noisy when there is construction nearby, but we just ignore it and carry on. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We are just a group of people working together in a practical space. It’s honest work, and Tejowalay has been a good home for our operations so far. We just do what we need to do.
