Solcon Engineers Pvt Ltd is located right in the heart of Surya Plaza on Pandurag Wadi Road. Navi Peth is a crowded area, so there’s always something happening right outside our door at 214/4. We’ve got a lot of history in this part of town. The office is usually a bit messy with drawings and papers everywhere, but that’s just how we work best when things are busy. We don't spend much time worrying about the decor or making sure every single pen is in its place. The main thing is that the engineering work gets handled properly and nothing gets missed. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up for a while, but we just deal with it and keep moving. It’s a local way of doing things, I suppose. We know all the neighbors, and the guy who sells snacks across the street knows exactly how we like our tea in the afternoon. It’s not some corporate tower with glass walls and silent elevators. It’s a real place with real dust on the shelves and the sound of people talking over each other to get things finished before the day ends. We like being in Surya Plaza because it feels central to everything we need. The commute is manageable, and once you get past the busy entrance, it’s a good spot to sit down and focus. We just take it one day at a time here.
