Sohamm Industries

We have been operating out of Baramati Midc for quite some time now. Our place is at 10 Tafker Galli, which is easy to find if you know the area. Sohamm Industries started out with just a couple of us and some basic equipment. Since then, we have grown a bit, but we still keep things pretty simple. The workshop can get a little crowded when we have a big order, but we manage to stay organized. Most of the people working here live nearby, so it feels like a local group. We don't have a big front office or anything like that. Usually, you will find someone out on the floor dealing with the machines. We focus on the daily tasks and making sure the parts we make are decent. It is noisy and there is always dust around, but that is just the nature of this kind of work. We take our breaks together and talk about whatever is happening in town. It is not a high-tech corporate environment, just a regular shop where things get made. We have seen the neighbors change over the years, but we are still here at the same address. If you need to stop by, someone is usually around from early morning until late afternoon. We just try to keep the machines running and the customers satisfied without any extra fuss or complicated processes.
