Social Sky Vision Foundation

Social Sky Vision Foundation is based in Warje, Pune. Our office is Flat No. D-801 in Kakade City. It is right near the water plant. Being on the eighth floor is nice because we get a good breeze. You can see quite a bit of Pune from up here. The building is quite large and there are many families living here. It does not really feel like a workplace, more like a home. We have a big table in the living area where we do most of our work. There are files stacked in the corner and a printer that occasionally jams. We spend a lot of time looking at the view when we are stuck on something. The water plant nearby is a good landmark for people trying to find the society. Warje has grown so much lately. It is always busy outside. We usually start our work around ten. Someone usually brings snacks or biscuits to share. It is a very relaxed atmosphere. We do not have a dress code or anything like that. If someone stops by, we just clear a chair for them. It is not a corporate setup with glass walls. It is just a flat where we happen to run the foundation. We like it this way. It is comfortable and we do not have to deal with the noise of the main road as much. It is just our little corner of Pune.
